Mapping the College Search Process

This session provides detailed information on how various student groups progress through the college search. The information was gathered as part of an ongoing comprehensive research project begun during 2005. Differences in timing and approach by ethnic group, gender and other demographic variables will be highlighted.

Disappearing Students

This session consists of a presentation on the major changes in the way students, especially boys, respond to various recruitment communications. Data is presented from a research project assessing student receptiveness to and utilization of various communications channels used in maintaining a recruitment dialogue with students.
