Winning Web Site

What: Austin Peay University's admissions Web site is among the best in the United States, according to the National Research Center for College and University Admissions. Steve Wilson, APSU Web designer, completely revamped the design of Austin Peay's admissions Web site last year.

How: The study examined 34 criteria, which were broken up into five categories: prominence of an admissions office link on the institution's home page, admissions Web page design and ease of navigation, online access to admissions materials, additional admissions information and the ability to contact the admissions office.
