Kansas City Mo.-American Humanics is pleased to welcome Don M. Munce, President of the National Research Center for College & University Admissions (NRCCUA) to its national board of directors in January. NRCCUA, a nonprofit educational research organization, has grown rapidly under his leadership, quickly becoming a significant force in the student-recruitment and admissions-research arena.

Munce is also one of the founding members of Kids in the Know, a national coalition of youth and educational organizations dedicated to the ethical use of student information. He currently serves as a Trustee for Stephens College, a board member of the Music & Arts Institute of Kansas City, and is a founding member of the Kansas City Baseball Association.

American Humanics is a national alliance of colleges, universities and nonprofits dedicated to educating, preparing and certifying the next generation of nonprofit sector leaders. American Humanics is affiliated with 70 colleges and universities nationwide and partners with 20 national nonprofit organizations. Approximately 2,000 students are currently working toward the American Humanics certificate in nonprofit management and leadership, which is achieved through coursework, professional development seminars, the American Humanics Management Institute, a rigorous internship, and other campus-specific initiatives.
