Successful Recruitment® Seminars
Announcing Seminars for 2007-2008
8/3/2007
(Lee’s Summit, MO) – The National Research Center for College & University Admissions (NRCCUA), the leading organization connecting young people and their families with colleges and universities, recently concluded their 2006-07 Successful Recruitment® Seminar season and has announced the schedule for 2007-08. The 100+ attendees this year join over 550 past attendees as seminar Alumni.
Don Munce, President of NRCCUA, said, “By providing a forum where decision makers share questions, feed back and thought processes, these seminars create an environment that can inspire positive changes and new strategies.” Munce continued, “It is our goal to ensure that admissions staffs are armed with the latest insights and tools that will help them attract and select the best student body for their institution. We are thrilled to provide these sessions at no cost to so many colleges and universities across the United States.”
Committed enrollment professionals, such as our co-presenters, help shape the future of higher education recruitment. Co-presenters at seminars this year were:
    • Rodney (RC) San Jose, Bradley University
    • David Adams, Stephens College
    • James Morales, University of Minnesota, Morris
    • Andrew Flagel, George Mason University
    • Brian Ralph, Queens University of Charlotte
    • Thomas Huebner, Carson-Newman College
    • Chris Domes, Marymount University
The knowledge gained by attending enables decision-makers and their admissions staff to place new ideas into action as they evaluate their current student-recruitment processes and plan for a successful future. Attendees learn to set better admissions marketing goals; make more targeted enrollment decisions; improve their institution’s communication with qualified students and produce more satisfying results!
Here is what a few attendees had to say about the seminars:

“I have been to many workshops before that have cost enormous amounts of money and none of them have been anywhere near as helpful as yesterdays!" Marlin Blankenship, Southeastern Oklahoma State University

“Excellent program! Best seminar I have been to in a long time.” Donna Shaffner, Daemen College

“Great format and timing! Well done!” Dee Gardner, University of Southern Maine
