Job Function:
We are currently seeking an experienced Online Campaign Specialist to support the successful management of marketing campaigns. Ideal candidates will have 2-4 years of experience in supporting and managing marketing campaigns from creative approval through deployment of campaigns via email, direct mail, telemarketing and web pages. This role is ideal for a critical thinker with good communication skills and a passion for campaign metrics.
Description of Responsibilities:
- Support Marketing Teams in the development marketing campaigns from setting up creative using HTML, to the deployment of a campaign in a multi-channel environment.
- Gather campaign performance results and provide findings for future decision support.
- Perform quality assurance of creative and messaging prior to campaign launch.
- Deliver top level campaign results using existing reporting tools.
- Apply Quality Control and list management skills for effective marketing.
- Use software tools, primarily Unica, to build and execute multi-channel campaigns, following established processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems or issues with campaign and/or reporting software.
- Assist with front-end development of new systems as needed.
- Use problem solving skills and demonstrate ability to work independently.
- Reviewing all email campaigns to ensure compliance with applicable laws and privacy policies.
- Working with service bureaus and web site staff to make sure email messages, websites, and programs are technically correct.
Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- 2 to 4 years' of HTML design, editing and coding experience including setting up e-mail messages and appropriate coding.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written: phone, emails and instant messenger. Ability to communicate well to team members, management and clients who are at different business and technical knowledge levels.
- Proficient with MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
- Must be a quick learner, self-starter - ability to work with minimal supervision in a very fast paced, dynamic and demanding environment

The Application Quality Assurance Engineer will with developers and business analysts to define andexecute the necessary test plans to ensure an application's successful release.
Description of Responsibilities:
- Develop and establish quality assurance measures and testing standards for new applications and/or enhancements to existing applications throughout their development/product lifecycle
- Create and execute test plans and scripts that will determine optimal application performance according to specifications
- Ensure that testing activities allow applications to meet business requirements and systems goals, fulfill end user requirements, and identify existing or potential issues
- Communicate test progress, test results, and other relevant information to project stakeholders and management
- Collaborate with software/systems personnel in application testing, including system, unit, regression, load, and acceptance testing methods
- Analyze documentation and technical specifications of any new application/feature under consideration to determine integration methodology and assess possible effects to the system
- Analyze formal test results in order to discover and report any defects, bugs, errors, configuration issues, and interoperability flaws
- Assist in the deployment process to verify production releases meet required test plan objectives

Job Function:
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager. This is your chance to be part of a small team, and use your creativity and expertise to help build a great company (and have fun doing it!).
Description of Responsibilities:
- New and existing product and feature development, requirements definition, product vision, and specification development.
- Product planning and execution throughout the full product lifecycle.
- Work alongside engineering team to set development priorities, define and implement a product roadmap through initial launch and subsequent releases.
- Ensure products are aligned with the overall goals and strategy of the company.
- Provide actionable guidance to engineering with clear development priority efforts.
Required Education or Formal Training:
- 5-7 years of experience, ideally with 1-2 years in an Internet/Software Product Management role.
- Led at least one product throughout the full lifecycle to launch. Experience with agile software development a plus.
- Experience in higher education a plus

The Senior Applications Developer is responsible for analysis and design of applications that provide operational success and revenue growth at NRCCUA. The position must employ an advanced and experienced skill set to build, implement and maintain applications, direct the technical direction of the organization and act as a mentor to the development team. Furthermore, the Senior Applications Developer drives enterprise standardization across the development groups to ensure consistency and completeness in product offerings.
Description of Responsibilities:
- Define architectural standards for design and deployment of development efforts; ensure documentation created and maintained; ensure that build and implementation standards exist and are followed
- Provide technical direction on systems analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment of applications that touch database systems. Analyze and document business requirements; research and guide technical direction related to development platforms
- Ensure that development projects are properly defined, planned, managed and executed through defined and implemented development policies and procedures.
- Perform senior-level development duties as needed to implement new systems and/or maintain existing system; mentor technical staff in development technologies (e.g., .NET C#, ASP.NET, LINQ, MVC, etc.) by demonstrating advanced techniques and best practice standards to foster a learning/growth environment.
- Drive code reuse and contribute to the growth of the enterprise library; Ensure effective communications across development groups
- Guide technical and professional growth of the development staff
- Assist in cost-benefit analysis for enterprise projects to determine when to use manual, hardware, or software solutions; assist in buy vs. build decisions for enterprise projects
- Ensure that development efforts maintain efficient server performance and high availability; trouble-shoot application related issues when they arise

Required Education or Formal Training:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field is required, Master's degree preferred
- Experience in all phases of software development lifecycle including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
- A minimum of 6 years of experience leading small/medium size development teams
- Prefer 10 years total experience in the development of Microsoft Windows and web solutions
- Prefer 6-8 years total experience in C# development
- Prefer 5 years total experience working with Microsoft SQL Server
- Appropriate MCSD Certification is a plus
