We are very pleased with the results of our recent campaign using NRCCUA’s Outbound Phone Service. Our staff is very busy this time of year concentrating on our already accepted students’ phone calls to ensure we bring home those deposits. NRCCUA called over 850 students from our inquiry file. Of those, we found that nearly 300 are still planning to finish their application process. Only 61 told us they are no longer interested so this helps us know where to focus our time and energy! They did the calling in just 2 weeks what would have taken us 2 months. This is a good time of year especially for smaller private colleges with limited staff.
