Ryan Munce
Vice President

Ryan Munce joined the Executive Team in 2006, and as Vice President is responsible for cultivating business development opportunities and managing the NRCCUA and My College Options® cooperative research program through partnerships with educational, professional, governmental and community organizations. Prior to joining NRCCUA, Ryan was an Enrollment Services Coordinator at the University of Missouri - Kansas City. Ryan received his Bachelor's Degree in Corporate Communications from Creighton University in Omaha, NE and his Master's Degree in Higher Education Administration from the University of Missouri - Kansas City.

Ed Doody
Executive Vice President

As Executive Vice President, Strategic Alliances, Ed Doody is responsible for developing relationships with organizations that are interested in helping students learn about opportunities in higher education and careers. He earned a Baccalaureate degree in Mathematics from St. Mary's University, and participated in the University of Chicago's MBA Program.

Marybeth Kelly
Asst. Vice President, Strategic Projects & Educational Research

Marybeth is in her 20th year working in and with higher education. After a long career serving The College of Saint Rose as the Assistant Vice President for Undergraduate Admissions, she joined NRCCUA/My College Options. She serves NRCCUA as the Assistant Vice President for Strategic Projects and Educational Research.

The majority of Marybeth's career has been working at colleges and universities and in undergraduate admissions, awarding scholarships and financial aid and as a liaison to athletics; however, she also has had the opportunity to work on the student affairs and student services side of university administration. She has worked at a variety of colleges in the Northeast: small and medium private institutions, as well as medium and large Ivy League schools.

She has presented on both the state and national levels over the past decades on topics including training, professional ethics, issues facing higher education, campus visits and careers in admissions, among other topics. Marybeth earned a B.S. from The College of Saint Rose in Childhood Education and English and is in pursuit of a master's degree in Educational Technology.

Dani Fusaro
Research Analyst

Dani Fusaro joined NRCCUA in 2006 as a Research Analyst/Statistician, after several years of experience in the Actuarial field. She is responsible for managing the educational research projects, including the development, methodology, validation, documentation, statistical analysis, and presentation. Dani received her Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science and Mathematics from Central Missouri State University and is currently in pursuit of a Master's degree in Educational Research and Psychology.

Market Research Analyst

After 13 years of college admissions work at Central Christian College in McPherson, KS, Greg joined the High School survey team at NRCCUA as the Marketing Research Strategist/Analyst.

Cara Licausi
Executive Assistant

Cara Licausi joined NRCCUA in 2007 as Executive Assistant to Vice President Ryan Munce. Her assistance to the Educational Research Team ranges from copywriting and editing to event planning and travel management. Prior to her role at NRCCUA, Cara worked in both Undergraduate and Law School Admissions at the University of Missouri, and was an Admissions Counselor at Stephens College. Cara received a B.A. in Art History and Archaeology with a Minor in Psychology from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2003.

Holly Jessen
Project Manager

Holly Jessen joined NRCCUA in 2008 as an eBusiness Specialist. Using her excellent communication skills, she provides support for the eBusiness needs of the Sales and Marketing Teams. She currently serves as the Project Manager for the Products Team where she focuses on marketing integration. In this role, she ensures that all available resources are being used to develop and deliver a successful marketing plan.

Prior to NRCCUA, Holly worked at PlatForm Advertising where she focused on web design and email marketing.

Holly graduated from the University of Saint Mary, Leavenworth with a B.S. in Business Administration, with an emphasis in marketing and management. She earned her MBA from Webster University.

NRCCUA conducts additional student research with the support of personnel from College Options Foundation.

Terry Wilfong
Executive Director, College Options Foundation

Terry Wilfong has spent his adult life, the last 30 years, assisting a million plus students/teens/families in the advanced educational coaching, mentoring and financing processes. He has held positions ranging from Chief of Police in the Nation's Capital, to Director or Assistant Director of Admissions at numerous universities nationwide. He is a data driven manager and has been a hired consultant to over 400 state and private universities in coaching and teaching data driven admissions and Geo-Demographic marketing. Today, Terry is the president of College Options Foundation, the philanthropic arm of My College Options where he guides a professional team in providing academic bowls, leadership symposiums and scholarship/college bound resources for over 500,000 students in the U.S. and Department of Defense schools in Japan, Korea, Europe and the Middle East.
