Do Not Call Regulations make it difficult to know when you can legally contact a student via telephone. NRCCUA can help take out the guesswork by calling each student in your search list!
The extra steps necessary for colleges to be in compliance with DNC guidelines are burdensome. But with NRCCUA's Outbound Phone Service, you don't have to worry! We'll get the answers to your customized script.
- We will contact each student in your highly targeted list to:
- verify the information provided in each student questionnaire,
- fill in any missing pieces, and
- ask questions you are seeking answers to based on your own customized script.
- We will provide full answers to your questions as well as updated student contact records, including valid phone numbers.

- Our team of internal marketing representatives will contact each student in your list.
- The calls will be positioned as "research" and, more specifically, to verify the information we have on file for the High School students.
- Following this, the students will be told that your college has expressed an interest in them. In addition to extra survey questions you pose, we will ask the students if they would like to be contacted by your college.
- If students answer "yes", the entire student record (inclusive of phone number and any additional questions/answers captured from phone call) will be passed to you.
As a member of NRCCUA, you now have the opportunity to purchase our Outbound Phone Service to ensure that students explicitly opt-in to future calls from your specific college or university.
