NRCCUA's nationwide Post-Secondary Planning Survey®, conducted annually in over 22,000 public and private high schools, identifies attitudes, opinions and educational interests of nearly 5.5 million high school students each year. This important process is free to participating students and high schools and facilitates a vital link between them and over 2,200 colleges, universities and other education and career opportunities available to them.

Enrollment Consultant

What we are looking for:
The Enrollment Consultant (EC) is responsible for all sales activities within the assigned account list and region. Servicing the Higher Education sector, the EC provides recruitment solutions via our various marketing services. It is expected that this position work directly with the VP of Enrollment Consultants as well as all other employees as needed.

We are looking for Enrollment Consultants / Sales Representatives in multiple locations that can include:

  • Albany, NY
  • Chicago, IL
  • Detroit, MI
  • District of Columbia
  • Kansas City, MO
  • Memphis, TN
  • Nashville, TN
  • St. Louis, MO

Description of Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell NRCCUA marketing services to current and prospective college members.
  • Cultivate current client relationship by consultative selling of additional NRCCUA services.
  • Use SalesForce.com to track and document client activity.
  • Perform online and offline presentations to support and sell our technology products.
  • Attend regional and national conferences.
  • Present at the regional and national conferences when the opportunity presents itself.
  • Follow up with clients and potential clients on marketing campaigns.
  • Perform telephone and onsite sales calls to current and potential clients.
  • Works closely with Enrollment Assistants (EA) to manage and develop sales relationships.
  • Communicates to V.P of Enrollment Consultants current market trends and competitive intelligence.
  • Participants in staff meetings and one on one session's with V.P. of Enrollment Consultants.
  • Attend product and sales training sessions as scheduled.
  • Demonstrate college enrollment/marketing problem solving skills for member colleges.

Experience:

This position requires a minimum of an undergraduate degree. Three to five years sales experience (preferably selling to Institutions of Higher Education). Experience selling technology based products a plus.
