SOLUTION: Recalibrate the scanner.
This is a very easy process - go to page 8 of the new 3800 Linear Series Users Guide that came with your scanner and scan the "Add CR Suffix" bar code one time. That's it! Or scan this bar code.

ISSUE: Unique student codes aren't input correctly from the barcode scanner

SOLUTION: Make certain the data entry cursor remains flashing in the "Code field". This is necessary so that the unique student code is input correctly from the barcode scanner. Especially important when scanning multiple cards.

ISSUE: Quiet down that scanner!

SOLUTION: Simply scan this barcode and you can decrease the volume of the beep!
