About SMART Approach®

Working together with staff from your institution, Noel-Levitz and NRCCUA will assemble a team that will work directly on the SMART Approach solution for your campus. Traditionally, the SMART Approach Team consists of senior level admissions officers, admissions information technology staff, a consultant from Noel-Levitz, and an Enrollment Consultant from NRCCUA. The team will work together to coordinate information exchange, develop communications strategies, build your prospective enrollment pool, and review performance of activities.

Using data from your institution, the NRCCUA student database, and Noel-Levitz appended data, the analysis process and model building takes place. Multiple models will be constructed and tested to identify, select and weigh the student attributes that result in your institution’s unique algorithm, which is then applied to each student record in the NRCCUA database revealing the probability of their future enrollment at your institution.
