HANOVER COLLEGE ABOUT: DECLARED STUDENT CONNECTION, OUTREACH AND TALENT IDENTIFICATION PROGRAM
We continue to be impressed with the quality leads generated by the NRCCUA® Declared Student Connection, both College-Bound and Honors Editions of the My College Options® Outreach Program and the NRCCUA Talent Identification Program® Fall Advantage search list.  From the time I started managing Hanover’s student search initiative, NRCCUA has been a key resource in the growth of our inquiry, applicant and enrolled student pool.  Because of our partnership, Hanover has experienced record growth over the last six years and achieved all-time record enrollment in the fall of 2013.  I look forward to growing Hanover’s relationship with NRCCUA and I’m confident they will always play an active role in our recruitment process as they actively work to stay on the cutting edge of proactive, best practice recruitment and enrollment strategies.

KENTUCKY WESLEYAN COLLEGE ABOUT: NRCCUA TALENT IDENTIFICATION PROGRAM® AND OUTREACH PROGRAM
NRCCUA’s Talent Identification Program® and Outreach Program are major pieces of our annual recruitment plan. Through selection of TIP names in both our primary and secondary markets and exposure on the My College Options® website via the Outreach Program, we experienced significant growth in new student enrollment this past year.  Over the past few years, we have continued to see an increase in inquiries to what is now at a historic level for the college.   It is also reassuring to know that my NRCCUA Regional Director responds promptly, seeks a true partnership, and provides effective service with great insight into enrollment strategies.

KEUKA COLLEGE ABOUT: NRCCUA TALENT IDENTIFICATION PROGRAM®
Through continuous search, names provided by the NRCCUA database allowed Keuka College (NY) to not only achieve its enrollment goals but exceed them for Fall 2015; the College actually enrolled the largest class in its history this recruitment year! We could not have accomplished this feat without the services, tools, and consultants that NRCCUA® provided. NRCCUA continues to be a proven leader and partner in our success.

MOUNT ALOYSIUS COLLEGE ABOUT: TIP, MY COLLEGE OPTIONS OUTREACH AND DECLARED STUDENT CONNECTION
NRCCUA has been an integral part of our recruitment marketing mix for many years. I use many of their programs and services: Talent Identification Program search lists, both Catholic College and College-Bound State/Regional Editions of My College Options Outreach and now their Declared Student Connection. It’s been a winning combination and I know based on our results that we’re zeroing in on the right students for our college. I enjoy the fact that they put me first, listen to my needs and keep me up to date on innovative new ways to reach my enrollment goals.

GUILFORD COLLEGE ABOUT: OUTBOUND PHONE SERVICE
We are very pleased with the results of our recent campaign using NRCCUA’s Outbound Phone Service. Our staff is very busy this time of year concentrating on our already accepted students’ phone calls to ensure we bring home those deposits. NRCCUA called over 850 students from our inquiry file. Of those, we found that nearly 300 are still planning to finish their application process. Only 61 told us they are no longer interested so this helps us know where to focus our time and energy! They did the calling in just 2 weeks what would have taken us 2 months. This is a good time of year especially for smaller private colleges with limited staff. We would highly recommend the Outbound Phone Service to anyone needing a calling campaign completed in a timely and professional manner.

THE UNIVERSITY OF WYOMING ABOUT: LEGACY STUDENT LOCATOR®
The University of Wyoming has found the Legacy Student Locator® service extremely effective in connecting with children of our alumni.  While the UW alumni base is large and we are in constant contact with them, NRCCUA’s Legacy Student Locator has become a great secondary source of prospective students who are the children of alumni and other UW friends.  Last year alone, this program helped UW identify 3,066 prospective students potentially missed using our traditional alumni contact methods.  Legacy Student Locator is a valuable component to our recruiting efforts.

UNIVERSITY OF KENTUCKY ABOUT: OUTBOUND PHONE SERVICE
NRCCUA’s Outbound Phone Service has been instrumental to our recruitment plan in the past several years. We use it each fall for our UK Preview nights throughout the South and Midwest. We bring the University of Kentucky to students so they don’t have to travel to campus. NRCCUA has a professional calling staff that contacts the students on our behalf and helps us fill these preview nights with interested, qualified students.  Since working with NRCCUA’s trained staff, our attendance at Preview Nights has increased. I would recommend the Outbound Phone Service to any other school looking to conduct a campaign to reach prospective students.

THE UNIVERSITY OF ARIZONA ABOUT: LEGACY STUDENT LOCATOR® AND DECLARED STUDENT CONNECTION
The University of Arizona has benefited greatly from the services of NRCCUA. Both resident and non-resident data from the programs we utilize, Legacy Student Locator and the Declared Student Connection, have contributed to positive enrollment growth. Between the two services we use, we received over 17,000 students' names in which to reach out. Of those 17,000, 18% applied for admission and of the admitted pool, 49% selected the UA and now call Tucson home.

Walter Bowen

UNIVERSITY OF NORTH TEXAS ABOUT: DECLARED STUDENT CONNECTION
UNT has participated in various NRCCUA® prospect referral programs over the years. Beginning with the 2011 Fall semester, we added the My College Options® Declared Student Program to the mix. Records indicate a “prospect to enrolled” yield of 11.34% on 5,918 declared student referrals received for the 2011 Fall prospect term. We are seeing similar response for the 2012 Fall prospect term. Based on our experience thus far, individuals referred via this NRCCUA program clearly tend to demonstrate strong persistence through our admissions funnel. The results for us have been impressive and certainly underscore the value of participation in the Declared Student Program. Thanks, Tim. It has truly been a pleasure working with you for all these years.

COLLEGE OF ST. ELIZABETH ABOUT: NRCCUA'S TALENT IDENTIFICATION PROGRAM
As with many admissions folks, I have had the chance to work in several admissions departments. Prior to coming to College of St. Elizabeth I had used NRCCUA’s Talent Identification Program® search list. I’ve had great results with these lists and insisted we use the program when I came to St. Elizabeth. We have been able to increase not only the size of our classes, but also the quality of the classes. I would recommend NRCCUA for both their programs and their great customer service.

COLLEGE OF CHARLESTON ABOUT: OUTBOUND PHONE SERVICE
Thank you for the successful phone calling campaign to our prospects with incomplete applications using the NRCCUA® Outbound Phone Service. The team from NRCCUA was easy to work with. From our tracking, just over 100 contacted students have since applied. That’s success in my book!

CONCORDIA UNIVERSITY NEBRASKA ABOUT: LEGACY STUDENT LOCATOR
My daily activities as Director of Admission have me focusing on projections, statistics, and numbers—important information to keep our office working at a high degree. However, too often I get mired in the data and miss out on the obvious recruitment opportunities right in front of me. NRCCUA’s Legacy Student Locator® helps me connect with the children of our alumni and siblings of our current students. My experience has shown me that many of these students assume my college will be contacting them at some point, but prior to the Legacy Student Locator I had few ways to find them unless they contacted us first. Now I know who they are, what interests they have, and can actively recruit them early – making for a stronger yield and larger incoming classes.

JOHN BROWN UNIVERSITY ABOUT: LEGACY STUDENT LOCATOR
JBU uses NRCCUA’s Legacy Student Locator® and it has a good return on investment. We have already enrolled five full-time students – these names are like low hanging fruit. We simply supply lists of our alumni and current student addresses and NRCCUA matches them with names of prospects in their database. As we receive Legacy Student Locator, names we enter them into our CRM with the highest priority contact status.

TIFFIN UNIVERSITY ABOUT: DECLARED STUDENT CONNECTION
We are very pleased with our results from NRCCUA's Declared Student Connection program.  We have received over 350 student profiles from this source; of these we have 93 applications. We have admitted 68 of those and already have 25 confirmed to Tiffin University. As soon as we receive a new student from this subscription, we give them higher priority because we are seeing the inquiry, to app, to enrollee move very quickly.  We would highly recommend this service.  These students have already told NRCCUA they are interested in our school and they are converting at very high rates.

UNIVERSITY OF DALLAS ABOUT: DECLARED STUDENT CONNECTION
Taking advantage of NRCCUA’s Declared Student Connection program – of 353 students received for incoming class of 2012, we identified 14 apps, 7 admits and 2 deposits – all first source!   Of another 705 students received, that matched other sources, we pinpointed and so far have tracked 88 apps, 65 admits and 16 deposits.  It’s an easy and cost effective way for us to ensure that these high priority inquiries are identified and pursued.

NOVA SOUTHEASTERN UNIVERSITY ABOUT: MY COLLEGE OPTIONS® OUTREACH PROGRAM
When evaluating the marketing efforts in enrolling traditional students to our main campus, I am always impressed by the consistent outcomes of those in connection with NRCCUA®.  Today’s students are quick to jump onto the web and NRCCUA’s  My College Options® Outreach Program gives me not only a home delivered direct mail format, but the presence and additional channels of its student planning website and monthly student newsletters.   This program has always outperformed many of the other initiatives I have tried, when it comes to actual enrollment.  We participate in multiple editions of the My College Options Outreach Program, including their exclusive “Honors” edition.   I’m proud to say that this program not only yields enrolled students for Nova Southeastern University but students who perform well after their matriculation.

EMBRY-RIDDLE AERONAUTICAL UNIVERSITY ABOUT: NRCCUA
We have consistently had excellent results from the searches we conduct with names purchased through NRCCUA’s Talent Identification Program. I credit a great deal of our success to the insight that our representative consultant, Randy Condit, provides. He understands Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and together we have been able to strategically approach identifying those students who may have an interest in our programs. The “R” for research is not just part of their name, it is what they do for us and it is what sets them apart from any of the other sources from which we could purchase search names.

CHARLESTON SOUTHERN UNIVERSITY ABOUT: NRCCUA
When searching for students, colleges and universities need every added strategy available - to encourage students to respond to your institution. NRCCUA's new Automated Online Search energizes our direct mail by adding an "online" search component. This is a great service! Their advanced technology allows students chosen in my NRCCUA search list - to be "nudged" every month for 12 months along with our direct mail campaign. At the same time, our school is showcased on NRCCUA's MyCollegeOptions.org website. I highly recommend including this enhancement every time you order names from NRCCUA.

TWG PLUS EDUCATED MARKETING ABOUT: NRCCUA TALENT IDENTIFICATION PROGRAM
TWG Plus (formerly The Whelan Group) has worked closely with NRCCUA since our inception 8 years ago. We utilize NRCCUA names as the foundation for our clients' list purchases. Philosophically, we want to contact every prospect in our client’s primary market and without NRCCUA this would be impossible. Plus, our research shows that NRCCUA names are among the highest performing. NRCCUA lists allow us to carefully tailor each campaign to the students who are most likely to be interested in our clients' institutions. It is great to be able to select students by religion, then add a second filter which indicates an interest in religious organization participation in college and then talk directly to them about the importance of faith at a Christian college. The staff is always a pleasure to work with. They are accommodating and strive to provide our clients with the best names available.
